Project Overview:
The creative direction for Montura Leather was developed with a clear objective: to create a visual identity that reflected the premium quality of its products while honoring the legacy of a family business with more than 60 years of history. The challenge was to preserve the brand's craftsmanship and authenticity while introducing a fresher, more contemporary aesthetic that represented the new generation leading the company today.
The project included creative direction, production planning, budget management, model casting, styling, on-set direction, and the coordination of photographers and makeup artists to ensure a cohesive visual outcome across every stage of production.

Inspired by Hawaii's beaches and natural landscapes, the objective was to create imagery that reflected the brand's relaxed, adventurous lifestyle while maintaining consistency across all visual assets.
The project included creative direction, remote production planning, photographer and model coordination, styling, and on-set art direction, managing the entire production process remotely to ensure the final content aligned with the brand's visual standards.
